ASPQmail by Server Objects is by far the most versatile mail component for ASP we have found.

There are 2 pieces of documentation to refer to, as ASPQmail builds on ASPMail.  You should study both pieces of documentation.

When selecting a mail server to use, we recommend you use relay.hostinguk.net as the mail server to send mail through.
